Proper Connection for Dock Pro: Ensuring Optimal Performance
When setting up your Dock Pro, you'll observe that the included connector hose has two ends: one with a straight connector and another with a 90° connector. To ensure proper functionality, please connect the 90° connector to the Chilipad Dock Pro and the straight end to the system accessory. Connecting the 90° end to the pad or blanket may cause kinking in the tubing, which can lead to cooling or heating problems and potentially damage the pump.
