Ready the OOLER for Disassembly

Unplug the Power Cord: Disconnect the power cord from the OOLER.
Unplug the Water Feed Hose: Disconnect the water feed hose from the OOLER. *Note: Keep a rag handy for any spilled water.
Attach the Drain Key: Secure the Drain Key to the OOLER.

Drain Water: Position the OOLER over a bucket, holding it at an angle with the drain key pointed downward to drain water from the unit.

Drain remaining water: Align the OOLER reservoir opening over the bucket to pour out any remaining water from the unit.
OOLER Repair Kit C
Remove the Front Plate
- Remove the eight (8) Phillips screws securing the chassis from the underside of the OOLER.

- Depress the left- and right-side locking tabs and pull the front plate straight off.

Remove the Top Cover
- Remove the two (2) Phillips screws that fasten the top cover to the bottom cover.

- Unplug the flat-flex display cable from the main-board.

- Lift top cover off from bottom base cover.

Remove the Water Pump
- Unplug the water pump power cable from the main-board.

- Remove the two (2) Phillips screws holding the pump bracket to the base.

- Cut the two zip-ties securing the inlet and outlet tubes to the pump.

- Place an absorbent towel beneath the pump, then pull both tubes off the pump ports—expect minor water leakage.
- Remove the water pump from the chassis and discard as it will be replaced.
Remove the Water Tank
- Peel off the securing tape (save it for re-use).

- Cut and discard the zip-tie bundling the cables.

- Cut and discard the zip-tie securing the fan cable.

- Unplug the following connectors from the main-board:
- Red: Water temperature sensor
- Blue: Water level sensor
- White: UV Light
- White: Fan

- W.O.P. 2 black wires with blue insulation.

- Remove the four (4) Phillips screws securing the water tank to the base.

- Cut the two zip-ties that fix the hose to the chassis.

- Disconnect the hose from both the water tank nipple and the CPC quick-connect fitting. Retain the hose jacket.
Remove the Heat Exchanger
- Remove the ground screw from the heat-sink.

- Unplug power board cable.

- Disconnect the hose from the lower CPC quick-connect fitting by cutting the zip tie.

- Lift the heat exchanger and tilt the unit to a 45-degree angle.

- Remove the four (4) Phillips screws holding the water block cover and set aside.

- Cut the zip ties to remove the water lines, and set aside the tube sleeves for later use.

- Remove heat exchanger from case.
Replacing Fan
- From the underside, unscrew the two (2) Phillips screws that secure the mounting plate to the heatsink.

- Cut along the indicated line to break the foam tape and release the mounting plate from the heatsink..

- Unscrew the two (2) Phillips screws on top to detach the mounting plate from the heatsink.

- Unscrew the four (4) Phillips screws to remove the fan.

- Position the replacement fan with its label facing up, as shown in the photo, before installation.
- Secure the fan to the mounting plate base using the four (4) Phillips screws.
Replacing Control Board & Daughter Card
- Unplug the following connectors from the control board:
- Fan
- Power leads on Daughter Card: IN - (GND) and IN + (24)
- Power leads on Control Board: IN - (GND) and IN + (24)
- OHP

- Unplug daughter card from control board.

- Pinch the four mounting posts and lift the control board off the mounting plate.


- Seat the replacement control board on its mounting plate and press-fit it over the four posts.
- Plug the daughter card firmly into the control board.
- Reconnect the following cables to the control board:
- Fan
- Power leads on Daughter Card: IN – (GND) and IN + (24 V)
- Power leads on Control Board: IN – (GND) and IN + (24 V)
- OHP
Reassembling the OOLER

Install the Control Board Assembly to Heat Sink
Secure Mounting Plate:
- Secure the two (2) Phillips screws on the top of the mounting plate to the heatsink.
- Secure the two (2) Phillips screws on the bottom of the mounting plate to the heatsink.

- Install the three (3) water hoses, reusing the existing tube sleeves, and secure the hoses using the supplied zip ties.
Install the Heat Exchanger
Secure Water Block Cover:
- Align the water block cover over the heat exchanger and fasten the cover with the four (4) Phillips screws.

Position Heat Exchanger:
- Carefully lower the heat exchanger into its position in the chassis.
Reconnect Lower Hose:
- Attach the hose to the lower CPC quick-connect fitting and secure with a zip tie.

Install Ground Screw:
- Fasten the ground wires to the heat-sink using the ground screw.

- Plug power board cable.

Install the Water Tank
Connect Hose:
- Replace the hose between the water tank and the water pump by first removing the clamp, then securing the hose to the tank with a zip tie.

Connect Hose:
- Ensure the hose jacket is in place.
- Attach the hose to the water tank nipple and the CPC quick-connect fitting.
- Fix the hoses to the chassis using two zip ties.

Secure Water Tank:
- Position the water tank in the base.
- Fasten it using the four (4) Phillips screws.

Connect Main-board Connectors:
- Plug in the following connectors to the main-board:
- Red: Water temperature sensor
- Blue: Water level sensor
- White: UV Light

- W.O.P.: 2 black wires with blue insulation

Bundle and Secure Cables:
- Bundle cables as needed and secure with a new zip tie.
- Secure the fan cable with a zip tie.
- Reapply the securing tape to hold the assembly in place.

Install the New Water Pump
Place Water Pump:
- Place water pump into water pump mount.
- Position the water pump in the chassis.
Attach Tubes:
- Slide both the inlet and outlet tubes onto the pump ports.
- Secure each tube with a new zip tie.

Secure Pump Bracket:
- Fasten the pump bracket to the base using the two (2) Phillips screws.

Connect Pump Power:
- Plug the water pump power cable into the main-board.

Install the Top Cover
Position Top Cover:
- Place the top cover onto the bottom base cover.
- Fasten the top cover to the bottom cover with the two (2) Phillips screws.

Connect Display Cable:
- Plug the flat-flex display cable into the main-board.

Secure Front Cover
Fasten the eight (8) Phillips screws securing the chassis from the underside of the OOLER.

Instructions for Refilling Your OOLER
- Open the reservoir and add one packet of System Cleaner.
- Fill the reservoir with distilled water.
- Using a clean damp cloth, wipe down the control unit to keep it clean and functioning properly.
- Power up the OOLER and check for leaks.
- Refill the water tank as necessary until the system is completely filled.
- Reattach the cap to seal the tank.
