Step-by-Step Guide: Pairing Two Dock Pro Units to the Sleepme App

This walkthrough shows you how to connect your Dock Pro first, then your partner’s Dock Pro, and finally share control with your partner.

Before You Begin

• Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (Dock Pro cannot join a 5 GHz network).
• Install and open the Sleepme App on your phone.
• Plug in both Dock Pro units, but power on only your own unit.

Set Up YOUR Dock Pro

Assemble Sleep System

Open the Sleepme App and tap Add Device.	Select Dock Pro – WE System, then tap Get Started.

Select “Chilipad Pro.” Tap Continue and complete the prompts that appear on-screen.

Pair with your Dock Pro

Tap the Continue button.	Make sure only your Dock Pro is powered on.
App begins searching	When your Dock Pro appears, select it.
Enter the password for your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Tap Continue.	Wait while the app connects the Dock Pro to your network.

Register Device

Tap the Continue button	Give the Dock Pro a Name (e.g., “Right Side”) Tap Continue.
Tap MINE to claim the device.	A Setup Successful screen confirms the pairing Tap SET UP OTHER DOCK PRO

Set Up Your PARTNER’S Dock Pro

Power on your partner’s Dock Pro.

Tap Continue and complete the prompts that appear on-screen.

Tap Continue.	Joining your network
App begins searching	Select the newly discovered Dock Pro.

Share the Dock Pro with Your Partner

On the success screen Tap SOMEONE ELE'S button	A Setup Successful message appears. Tap SHARE DOCK PRO.
A sharing link is generated, send it to your partner so they can add the Dock Pro to their Sleepme account and control it from their phone.

Both Dock Pro units are now connected to Wi-Fi, registered in the Sleepme App, and shareable with your partner. Enjoy synchronized, personalized temperature control for each side of the bed!
