How to Fix Your OOLER Schedule

Update the App:
- Go to the App Store or Google Play Store and check for updates to ensure you have the latest version of the app.
Check Firmware Version:
- Verify that your Control Unit is on the latest firmware. If it is up-to-date, you won’t see a white “Firmware Update” banner on the Dashboard.
Re-sync Your Schedule:
- Connect to the OOLER.
- Go to the schedule page.
- Inactivate the Schedule: Tap the toggle to turn off your schedule.
- Reactivate the Schedule: Turn the schedule back on.
- Wait: Stay on the schedule page for about 30 seconds to ensure changes are saved to the Control Unit.
Factory Reset the Control Unit (if issues persist):
- Hold the power button on the OOLER Control Unit for 15 seconds.
- When the unit turns off, turn it back on. It will reset to 68 degrees Fahrenheit and clear any locally stored schedules.
- Reconnect the App: Open the OOLER app and press and hold the power button until the Bluetooth logo flashes.
- Tap the refresh icon on the No Connection banner in the Devices page.
- Once reconnected, return to the schedule page and repeat step 3 to re-sync your schedules.
