Reassign Membership
To ensure the successful completion of these steps, please note that you must be the purchaser of the membership(s). If you are not the Admin user, kindly reach out to the individual who shared the membership with you.
- Log into your Admin user account on sleep.me.
- Navigate to "Membership" under Account Details.
- Identify the membership you wish to reassign.
- If you are managing a membership that you have shared with another individual, the option to "Unassign" will be displayed at the bottom of their card. Conversely, if it is your own membership, you will see the option to “Unassign.”
- Select “Unassign," as appropriate, and confirm your action in the subsequent pop-up message. Then, you will have the option to “Assign” to another user.
