Troubleshooting Password Reset Emails
If you sent the password reset email but never received it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Make sure both noreply@sleep.me and notifications@sleep.me are not blocked. The email will come from one of these addresses.
Have you verified your account?
If you have not verified your Sleepme account, you will not receive a password reset email. Check your inbox for a verification email.
If you can't find the password reset email for more than an hour or you need assistance with account verification , please contact our Customer Experience Team.
